Where Fun Comes to Play in the Great Outdoors!
Everyone, riders and guests must sign in upon arrival.
All minors must be signed in by parent / guardian upon arrival.
1. Do not leave your kids unsupervised. We can not be responsible for them. All minors must be accompanied by the parent or legal guardian at all times in the Park.
2. Riders are responsible for complying with the manufacturer's recommendations for; age, weight, number of riders, etc. on all vehicles in the Park.
3. You are solely responsible for selecting the trails that are within your riding ability and assume all the risks resulting from your trail selection. Some areas have bypasses and alternate routes, use them if necessary.
4. HELMETS ARE MANDATORY for ALL riders and passengers.
5. Ride on marked trails & open play areas only, do not enter trails & areas that are closed or marked off limits!
6. Follow all trail markers and signs. One-way routes and speed limits strictly enforced.
7. Anyone riding while intoxicated or under the influence will be suspended.
8. No littering in the Park. Put all trash in containers provided. $100.00 fine for littering!
9. Speed limit 5 mph within the campground, parking, entry and other pedestrian areas.
10. ABSOLUTELY NO off road vehicle riding out of the park on to paved roads and/or adjacent property.
11. Riding in the Park is only allowed during designated times. Trail entrances and exits will be closed during non-riding times. Access is restricted during this time to the camping and entrance areas only.
12. Do not stop or park in any manner that obstructs a trail from other riders, or visibility of markers and signs.
13. Anyone riding in an unsafe manner or creating any damage to property, structures, trees, vehicles, animals or other riders will be suspended without refund.
14. No Glass bottles or containers allowed on the property! Exceptions made for medical and prescriptions.
15. You must always yield right of way to vehicles exiting trails, or already ascending or descending hills.
16. Pets must be kept on a leash or in a pet carrying case at all times. NO PETS RUNNING LOOSE!
17. If you observe anything unsafe, or others acting in an unsafe manner, report it immediately to management.
18. Do not scare, abuse, or interfere with any wildlife, or domesticated animals that you encounter in the Park.
22. Do not open any closed gates, or close any open gates, they are configured that way for a reason!
23. Do not move, adjust, reposition, or remove any trail markers, signs, gates, or fences.
ANYONE VIOLATING THESE RULES WILL BE SUSPENDED WITHOUT REFUND.
